Dear members of CLC:

I am writing to remind you of the special congregational meeting that will take place this coming Sunday between the services in the sanctuary. The meeting will start at approximately 9:20 am. The purpose of the meeting is to move to formally consider a proposed amendment to the church’s constitution that would make the LLP Board Chair a voting member of the church council. This will be the only business for the meeting, as required by the constitution.  It is important that all voting members of the church attend. 

The proposal that the council is asking the congregation to consider can be viewed at this link. Please review the proposal prior to the meeting.
