It is with great sadness that we announce the death of   

Patty Bohacik on Tuesday, April 25.

There will be a memorial service to honor her life at

Christ Lutheran Church on Friday, May 5.

Visitation with family begins at 1:30 p.m. followed by the service at 3:30 p.m.
