Bidding and Information
- Leave your name and phone number clearly printed on the item sheet at the table!
- At 10:30am, bidding will be closed and bid sheets collected!
Winning bids - Payment, Pick-up, and Expectations
- Winning bidders will be contacted on December 5th and 6th, via phone call, to arrange pick-up. Baked goods and services winners will receive contact information to make their arrangements!
- You will have 24 hours to arrange payment and pick-up.
- You can arrange to pay and pick-up your items at your convenience, but you must contact us to secure your items!
- After 24 hours, if we have not heard from you, your bid will be forfeited. We will contact the next highest bidder!
- A new option for payment and pick-up
- We will have an optional ‘pay and pick-up’ time available immediately following the end of the 10:30am service on December 5th until 1:00pm. Come to the Church Hall, pay for items, and take them home!
